DevSecOps & Cloud Modernization Lead l Contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead the CI/CD migration from Jenkins to Azure DevOps (YAML).
• Drive DevSecOps and cloud modernization strategy across teams.
• Assess current infrastructure and identify improvements in security, cost, and performance.
• Build reusable CI/CD templates, Terraform modules, and shared tools.
• Enable and upskill teams through workshops and hands-on guidance.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor CoE members to uplift organization-wide DevSecOps capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information or in related fields.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of cloud networking and security (primarily Azure; AWS is a plus).
• Proven experience managing Day-2 operations, observability, and incident response.
• Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical decisions to business goals.
• Experience enabling and upskilling engineering teams.
