About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Project Manager to support the execution of cross-functional projects across product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.

This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment across stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, and supporting effective communication in a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of regional projects across multiple functions
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time completion
• Identify risks, delays, or blockers and assist in driving resolutions

Cross-functional Communication

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and priorities
• Organize and support regular meetings, including status updates and progress reviews

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, shared documentation, and reporting dashboards
• Prepare regular project status reports for internal stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of timelines, deliverables, and project updates

Process & Workflow Management

• Support the implementation and improvement of project management processes
• Assist in standardizing workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration

Technical Coordination Support

• Work closely with technical teams to track development progress and timelines
• Support coordination of deliverables such as testing, submissions, and releases
• Maintain visibility on project progress across stakeholders

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or cross-functional roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners in the region.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Lark, KDocs, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Basic understanding of technical workflows or digital product environments
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
