IT Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multi-country consulting engagements, infrastructure transformation programs, and enterprise platform deployments. The role requires strong PMO leadership, stakeholder management, revenue oversight, and expertise in HP hardware ecosystems and Red Hat technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of consulting engagements across APAC, USA, and Australia, ensuring timely delivery from project kickoff to closure
• Drive tools migration, infrastructure transformation, and open-source platform deployments to achieve operational excellence and scalability
• Oversee project scope, schedules, governance, financial management, and revenue forecasting for a multi-million dollar portfolio to meet business objectives
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions to deliver integrated solutions and maintain alignment with strategic goals
• Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) transition processes to ensure seamless handover to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders within Public Sector, Financial Services Industry (FSI), and Telecom sectors to secure project buy-in and support
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-sales teams to shape deals and identify new business opportunities aligned with client needs
• Apply technical expertise in Red Hat technologies including OpenShift, Ansible, RHEL, ACS, ACM, JBoss EAP, and Satellite to guide project execution
• Utilize knowledge of HP/Compaq hardware ecosystems such as ProLiant Servers, HP Service Manager, HP Operations Manager, HP Server Automation, and OpenView to support infrastructure initiatives
• Employ tools including IBM Tivoli, Netcool/OMNIbus, Smartsheets, MS Office, and Google Workspace to enhance project tracking, reporting, and communication

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated 10+ years of experience in Project and Program Management within Professional Services or Consulting environments
• Proven 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Management Office (PMO) functions to drive governance and delivery excellence
• Experience managing complex, multi-country, enterprise-scale projects with measurable business impact
• Strong knowledge and application of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, infrastructure platforms, and hybrid cloud environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Expertise in HP hardware ecosystems and Red Hat open-source technologies to support technical project requirements
