We’re looking for a Product Manager to:

• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members

• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)

• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...)

• be able to manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which include planning, execution, timing, quality,

• identify and manage senior stakeholders, establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement

• coordinate the tasks of the product delivery initiatives among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors

• help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate

reprioritization efforts

• perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan

Your team :

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the WM Platform International, APAC / Strategic Initiatives & Delivery team in Singapore focusing on the delivery of strategic initiatives relating to Enhancement of Client Digital Experience for the APAC international locations.

Your expertise :

• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management

• delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry

• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
