IT Security-Oracle IAM Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced IAM Manager (Oracle Identity Governance) for a consulting engagement with a top-tier professional services firm. The role involves leading the design, development, and management of IAM solutions using OIG/OIM in complex enterprise environments. You’ll be involved in both solution delivery and governance, working with consulting teams deployed at end-client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) .
• Develop and configure custom connectors, workflows, entitlements, and approval policies.
• Customize OIM UI (Oracle ADF) and audit reports (BI Publisher).
• Build and support Java-based custom components (event handlers, schedulers, plugins).
• Administer IAM environments (DEV to PROD); ensure system security and performance.
• Define IAM policies and support compliance, audit, and governance needs.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and support escalations from the client side.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) and Java development.
• Hands-on with ICF connectors, REST APIs, and SOA composites.
• Strong knowledge of IAM governance, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with BI Publisher, ADF customizations, and secure coding practices.
