Finance Operation Executive (Expenditure |6-mth contract | East Region)

We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to support day-to-day finance operations, with a focus on expenditure processing, compliance, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial transactions and smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations within the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily expenditure operations, including verification and processing of invoices, claims, and payment requests in accordance with financial procedures
• Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation to support audit, reporting, and month-end closing activities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of expenditure transactions with internal controls and financial policies
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, discrepancies, and follow-up actions
• Assist in payment processing, reconciliations, and preparation of operational reports
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth finance operations
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support overall Finance BAU activities

Requirements:

• Degree qualification or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a systematic and structured approach to work
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Able to travel across locations for asset sighting when required
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles is an advantage
