Paralegal (Contract) - International Law Firm

Our client is a leading international law firm seeking a Paralegal (Contract) to support its Private Equity, M&A and General Corporate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and associates on high‑value, cross‑border transactions in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The contract role is ideal for an available immediately detail‑oriented paralegal with strong transactional experience who is comfortable supporting multiple deal teams and managing competing deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Support lawyers on private equity, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters • Assist with transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal execution • Prepare, review and manage transaction documents, including NDAs, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, SPAs and ancillary documents • Coordinate and maintain due diligence data rooms and manage closing checklists • Assist with regulatory filings, corporate secretarial matters and post‑completion filings • Liaise with clients, counterparties and external advisers as required • Provide general administrative and transactional support throughout the deal lifecycle Requirements • Diploma or degree in law, legal studies, or a related discipline • 2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within an international or top‑tier law firm • Exposure to PE, M&A or general corporate transactions is essential • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams • High attention to detail and strong drafting skills • Professional, proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment • Available to commit to a contract position for a minimum of 6 - 12 months
