Finance Paralegal (International Law Firm)

Our client is a UK law firm hiring a paralegal for their Finance team. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their paralegal skills and grow together with the team. Role and Responsibilities: • Drafting finance documents • Supporting transaction closings and doing CP checklists • Liaising with clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to • Supporting the Partners and Associates Requirements: • It is essential that you are have experience with a law firm in a corporate practice area (preferably within Banking) • It would be advantageous if you are legally trained, either with an LLB or Diploma in Law • You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines. • You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients. • Legal secretaries with banking teams who are looking to take a step up into a paralegal position are also welcome to apply.
