Healthcare Research Data Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end healthcare research and data analysis projects to deliver high-quality insights

• Support the development of evaluation frameworks, study designs, and research methodologies

• Conduct statistical analyses to guide evidence-based healthcare decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research objectives and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations using advanced analytics tools
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and best practices in handling health data
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives and research projects
• Design and implement data pipelines and automated reporting solutions to support ongoing research

  What we're looking for
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, research, or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Tableau
• Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical handling of sensitive health data
• Experience in healthcare analytics or clinical research is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and healthcare operations is an advantage
