Accounts & Finance Operations Executive (Assets & Expenditures)

What you'll be doing

• Support fixed asset tracking, verification exercises, and maintenance of asset registers

• Review operational expenditure, payables, and accruals for accuracy and completeness

• Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements, including documentation support

• Analyse financial data and prepare operational finance reports

• Support finance process improvements and system enhancements

• Work closely with internal teams and auditors to uphold compliance and governance standards
• Support monthly financial closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, billings, and payment documentation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related studies

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit support

• Basic knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements

• Experience with purchase-to-pay and fixed asset processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
