Technician/Technical Support Engineer (Printer/Copier)

You will provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for Multi-Functional Printers (MFP) at customer premises, ensuring machines operate efficiently and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance on Multi-Functional Printers (MFP) to restore proper function and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on MFPs during on-site visits to customer locations
• Set up newly purchased MFP machines at customer premises to ensure proper installation and operation
• Work independently to manage service calls and resolve technical problems efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level certification
• At least 2 years of related technical experience in maintenance and repair of electronic equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision

• Salary Basic: Up to $2,900 + Various allowances such as transport, mobile, petrol etc
