Job Description

  • 4-month contract
  • Government project

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the revamp of Roots.sg.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with NHBs strategic objectives and user research findings.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews to maintain project momentum.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, milestones updates, and performance metrics to various stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, ideation sessions, and requirement gathering meetings to ensure clear project objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate changes in project scope or timeline effectively.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, digital service standards (DSS), accessibility requirements (WCAG), and user experience objectives.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, system integration, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor project KPIs and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices repository.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital/web application projects.
  • Strong understanding of website development lifecycle (WDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and developers.
  • Background in heritage, cultural, or museum sector projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in budget management and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, content management systems, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Singapore Government projects and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and digital accessibility standards.
  • Experience with UX/UI design processes and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Agile Project Management certification (AgilePM)
