Project Engineer (Induction Loop Systems)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support pre-sales, project implementation, and after-sales support for hearing enhancement and building audio solutions, including induction loop systems. This role is suitable for candidates with basic project or technical experience who want hands-on exposure in building and accessibility projects.

Industry: Assistive Listening / Building Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Support solutioning and proposals for client projects (e.g. induction loop systems, hearing enhancement solutions)

• Assist with site surveys, technical discussions, and basic system design

• Support sales team to meet project timelines and customer requirements

• Manage assigned accounts and support key clients

• Coordinate and support project execution to ensure compliance with BCA statutory requirements

• Assist in managing project schedules, manpower, and logistics

• Work with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time

• Ensure systems are installed according to approved specifications

• Support maintenance and servicing of installed systems

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate rectification works

• Help maintain service contracts and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Audio, Building Services, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Basic understanding of building or ELV systems is an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills
