Desktop Support / Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Engineer will support design, environment setup, system deployment, and ongoing infrastructure operations for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure design and environment setup to support enterprise application requirements
• Execute system installation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure stable and secure infrastructure
• Collaborate with application teams to coordinate and deliver deployment activities efficiently
• Monitor system performance and availability to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
• Document troubleshooting processes and system configurations to maintain knowledge base and support continuity
