Civil & Structural Engineer, Facilities Management & Engineering

Job description: Job Responsibilities: • Execute assigned operations, maintenance, and repair tasks related to building architecture, structural components, thematic facades, and hardscape works across attractions such as Universal Studios Singapore (USS), Adventure Cove Waterpark (ACW), and the Oceanarium. • Plan and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance activities for building architecture, structures, hardscapes, and thematic props. • Manage and supervise contractors handling Addition & Alteration (A&A), renovation, and enhancement projects. • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve work productivity and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to address and resolve technical issues effectively. Job Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a relevant Building Certificate from a recognized institution. • At least 2 years of proven experience in architecture, structural building maintenance, A&A projects, and enhancement works. • Prior experience in facade theming and hardscape/flooring work is an advantage. • Familiarity with project management in facade-related projects is a plus. • Proficient in interpreting architectural, structural, and building as-built drawings. • Strong planning, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
