The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction costs, and the ability to manage budgets effectively to ensure project success. 📍 Location: Singapore, Singapore ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office 💼 Role: Quantity Surveyor SGD $5,500 to $6,500 Monthly Responsibilities • Prepare and manage cost estimates,budgets, and tender documents for construction works. • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis based on drawings and specifications. • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and recommend award of contracts. • Monitor project costs, track variations and ensure alignment with approved budgets. • Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders on cost-related matters. • Perform site measurements and verify completed works for payment certification. • Ensure compliance with contract terms, procurement procedures, and local regulations. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations. • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and cost records. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil projects (roads, tunnels or MRT) • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control practices. • Proficient in measurement, cost estimation software, and MS Office applications. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
