Job Description

Job Description: • Work closely with the Project Manager to plan, monitor, and report on project controls and progress measurement. • Support in developing work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, manpower, machinery and plant histograms, and tracking key milestones. • Assist in integrating project budgeting into project activities, including tracking and reporting schedule and cost variances. • Assist in identifying corrective actions and support progress forecasting based on schedule updates. • Attend internal coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers. • Assist in comparing and benchmarking project progress against the baseline, including monitoring the critical path. • Support project reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure proper tracking of project status. • Assist in tracking project changes and analysing their impact on cost and timeline. • Support the preparation of contingency plans under the guidance of senior planners. • Prepare project documentation including reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders. • Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. • Assist in preparing progress reports covering status updates, issues, and schedule analysis. • Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays to ensure timely mitigation actions. • Prepare S-curves and rolling programmes (1/3/6 months) for progress tracking and planning. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports including programme analysis, progress updates, and recommendations. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and methodologies. • Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures Job Requirement: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction planning and coordination for LTA projects. • Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices. • Proficient in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work as a team and proactive. • 5.5 days per week
