Project Details:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) / System Management Office (SMO), who will assist the company’s Project Manager (PM) and System Managers (SM) in the implementation and maintenance support of STREAM Full-Scale Development (FSD). STREAM FSD is a platform designed to provide timely insights and actions on projects by enabling budget and schedule tracking, task management, and collaboration for the Project Management Team.

Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager and System Manager in overall vendor management for product development and delivery, as well as the ongoing maintenance of STREAM FSD.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and cross-department project teams to align expectations, support change management efforts, and prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management.
• Manage vendor delivery and system support by tracking system defects, managing service requests and change requests, reviewing system logs, and working with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with vendors to monitor system performance, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with IT policies and operational standards.
• Recommend and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in system analysis/design and 1 year in IT service delivery.
• PMP or CITPM certification preferred.
• Strong system analysis and design skills; proactive, meticulous, with strong planning and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
