🧩 Key Responsibilities

Project, Vendor & System Management

• Support the Project Manager and System Managers in overseeing vendor development, delivery, and maintenance of a full‑scale project management platform to ensure operational continuity and successful outcomes.
• Manage vendor delivery and system support by tracking system defects, service requests, and change requests.
• Review system logs and work closely with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and high‑quality deliverables.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards while acting in a System Administrator role.

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

• Coordinate closely with technical and business stakeholders across cross‑departmental teams to align expectations and milestones.
• Support change management initiatives and prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and governance reporting.
• Strengthen collaboration between project teams, system users, and vendors to ensure smooth system operations and enhancements.

System Interfaces, Data Migration & Cutover

• Work with project managers, business users, and vendors to plan and execute system interface implementations and large‑scale data migration activities.
• Coordinate and support data validation, reconciliation exercises, dry‑runs, cutover rehearsals, production cutover, and rollback planning.
• Ensure system readiness and data accuracy throughout pre‑ and post‑migration phases.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, operational resilience, and user experience.
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities early, and proactively propose mitigation strategies and enhancements.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, including:At least 2 years in system analysis and designAt least 1 year in IT service deliveryExperience in server administration or managing server administratorsHands‑on involvement in large‑scale data migration and system interface implementation
• Prior experience supporting similar large‑scale enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
• PMP or CITPM certification is an advantage.
• Strong system analysis and design skills with a proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Singaporean citizens only.
