Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions to enhance project management, design optimization, and workflow automation in M&E systems.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to integrate AI-driven insights into engineering workflows such as design validation, energy simulation, and coordination review.
• Build, customize, and maintain internal tools or applications to improve productivity, data accuracy, and real-time decision-making.
• Work closely with BIM, CAD, and project delivery teams to automate routine engineering, coordination, and documentation tasks.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies applicable to construction, facilities management, and M&E engineering systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM integrations.
• Knowledge of M&E engineering design, BIM processes, or construction workflows is an advantage.
• Passion for applying AI technologies to real-world engineering and construction challenges.
