Role: TAP Business Analyst

Role Overview

The TAP Business Analyst will support business analysis and solution design activities for Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) implementations within the Wealth Management and Private Banking domain. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, senior analysts, and technology teams to support functional delivery and ongoing application support.

Experience & Background

The candidate should have 3–6 years of overall IT experience, with at least a few years of hands‑on experience in the Core Banking products domain, including Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) and/or Wealth Management platforms.
Candidates with prior experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) will be preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities – Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP)

• Support gap analysis between business requirements and TAP out‑of‑the‑box capabilities, documenting findings, impacts, and proposed solution approaches.
• Work closely with Senior Business Analysts and development teams to support solution design, including TAP rules, workflows, configurations, and functional logic.
• Create and maintain business workflows, process maps, data flow diagrams, and WSC screen mock‑ups that accurately reflect TAP user journeys.
• Develop functional understanding of TAP modules, including Portfolio Management, Suitability, Order Placement, Valuation, Rebalancing, and Reporting.
• Draft and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), ensuring clarity and completeness for development handover.
• Assist in documenting end‑to‑end Wealth Management workflows, including Client Onboarding, Suitability Assessment, Advisory Propositions, Order Execution, Portfolio Insights,and Reporting.
• Provide application support, including issue analysis, defect logging, and first‑level functional troubleshooting of TAP rules, screens, and portfolios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams, participate in workshops, Agile ceremonies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
