Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Trade Finance) to support a large-scale banking technology and operations environment. The role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams to drive solutioning, change delivery, BAU stability, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Trade Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for initiatives requiring technology or operations enablement

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into feasible solutions

• Support solution design alignment with enterprise technology and operational standards

• Lead or support change implementation, UAT planning, and business readiness activities

• Manage BAU-related incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Monitor service performance and drive operational stability

Job Requirements

• Strong business domain knowledge in Banking – Trade Finance

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills

• Good understanding of banking technology and operational processes

• Experience in change management, UAT, and project delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant banking or consulting experience (Senior profiles preferred)
