Senior Project Manager (IT Infrastructure Projects)

We are partnering with a technology solutions firm to hire a senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT infrastructure and cloud transformation projects, with a strong focus on financial services clients in regulated environments.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, the ability to push back when needed, and consistent delivery of complex programs within tight timelines and at times limited resources.

Role Overview

You will be the accountable delivery lead across multiple IT infrastructure projects, driving execution while acting as a trusted partner to clients. The role requires balancing delivery pressure, governance requirements and stakeholder expectations in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear ownership of scope, timeline, budget and risks
• Deliver against committed timelines even within lean or resource-constrained environments

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary interface with clients, including senior and banking stakeholders
• Drive clear communication across business, technical teams and vendors
• Confidently challenge, push back and manage expectations to protect delivery outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or cloud transformation projects
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects within defined timelines
• Experience working with financial services or regulated environments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to challenge and influence
• Resilient, hands-on and comfortable operating in lean delivery environments
