Full Stack Developer (Kotlin and Java)

We are hiring on behalf of our client for Full Stack Developers to support HR-related projects and system enhancements within a structured enterprise environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end application development, contributing to both backend services and modern frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications to support HR systems and enhancements
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Kotlin and Java
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using TypeScript and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and infrastructure to deliver robust solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical documentation
• Support deployment, testing, and post-release activities
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and Agile methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong backend development experience using Kotlin and Java
• Experience in frontend development using TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with C# and MSSQL
• Good understanding of full stack architecture and system design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Agile mindset, fast learner, and adaptable to changing requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience working on HR systems or enterprise applications
• Familiarity with API integration and microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
