QA Engineer [Public Healthcare]

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and validation of data-driven and algorithmic services within a public healthcare digital platform. The role focuses on testing, validation, and documentation in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute unit tests across data pipelines and algorithmic workflows
• Validate inputs and outputs of algorithms supporting healthcare services, including black-box models
• Establish and support regular testing and documentation processes
• Support mechanisms to archive algorithmic inputs and outputs to enable reproducibility and auditability
• Support analytics and reporting by addressing data quality and validation requirements
• Work closely with engineering, business, and analytics teams to ensure service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA, data validation, or analytics-related roles
• Ability to implement and execute tests in Python
• Strong understanding of validation requirements for algorithmic products
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and auditing requirements is a plus
