Job Description

You will support on leading and executing payment channel integration, configuration, and optimization projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of payment channel integration and configuration, working with partners such as PSPs, banks, and e-Wallet providers.
  • Lead the execution of integration projects end-to-end — from requirement analysis, integration configuration, and testing, to go-live coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product managers, engineers, and operation teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Review and validate integration data and configurations prepared by junior team members, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to payment channel performance, transaction success rates, or technical stability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the payment, fintech, or internet industry with product management or payment integration responsibilities and 5 years for senior position
  • Excellent understanding of the global payment ecosystem — including card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers, and local payment methods.
  • Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while guiding junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
  • Hands-on experience with payment system design, transaction routing, or reconciliation processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global payment service provider (PSP), banking service providers, and local payment method ecosystems.
