ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER

Job Description:

· Lead and oversee the Installation, semiconductor related equipment.

· Develop and implement installation strategies, schedules, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.

· Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.

· Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams and field technicians.

· Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in installation.

· Manage budgets, resources, and manpower for projects.

· Conduct training and mentorship programs for junior engineers and technicians.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

· Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Fluent in English and Japanese (native-level proficiency in Japanese is required, as it is necessary to liaise work progress with the Japanese stakeholders and customers SV).

· Minimum of 15 years of experience in in project management.

· In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, installation practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for installation.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a hands-on approach.
