Role: Temenos T24 Business Analyst

Job Level: 5 – 9 years of relevant experience

Location: Singapore /Southeast Asia

Type: Full-time /Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business users (Private Banking / Wealth Management)

·       Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories & system alignment for Temenos Transact (T24)

·       Perform fit-gap analysis against standard T24 capabilities

·       Act as a bridge between business, architects, developers & QA teams

·       Lead and coordinate SIT & UAT with full traceability

·       Support end-to-end delivery including data migration validation, regression testing & post-go-live support

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science or related field

Essential:

·       5–9 years of Business Analysis experience with Temenos T24 (Transact)

·       Strong domain knowledge in Private Banking / Wealth Management (Securities, Corporate
Actions, Treasury, Derivatives)

·       Experience with T24 modules: AA (Arrangement Architecture), Money Markets (MM), FX & related back-office functions

·       Hands-on experience in functional testing & UAT leadership

·       Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

·       Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills

·       Comfortable working in high-pressure environments

Plus Points:

·       Experience in working with regional teams in ASEAN

·       Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Private Banking / Wealth Management

·       Certifications in Temenos T24 or Business Analysis

·       Experience in banking system migrations or transformations

Technical Skills:

·       Temenos T24 (Transact) - AA, Money Markets (MM), FX modules

·       Private Banking / Wealth Management domain

·       SQL for data analysis

·       Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence

·       Requirements management tools

·       Functional testing & UAT coordination
