Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end testing services for Digital domain applications, ensuring successful delivery of projects and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to drive testing transformation, maintain quality standards, and meet SLA and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of testing services for TMRW Cross Border Payments, NPS Enhancements, My Info upgrade projects, change requests, and production fixes within the Digital domain
• Manage day-to-day testing service delivery by appointed vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and processes
• Collaborate with testing service providers and stakeholders to review, provide feedback, and approve test strategies, plans, and deliverables
• Coordinate with the Test Governance team to enforce adoption of testing methods, standards, tools, and conduct health checks or audits
• Communicate scope changes to test service providers and adjust plans to mitigate impacts
• Engage with application, security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and testing providers to ensure testing services meet business objectives
• Serve as the primary escalation point for issues raised by stakeholders and test service providers
• Quantify, manage, track, and report test statuses, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure portfolio targets are met
• Plan and coordinate all testing-related deliveries across the accountable portfolio with stakeholders and vendors
• Participate in forums to promote testing transformation and innovation
• Collaborate with the Test Engineering Lead to define and meet domain-specific test engineering requirements
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Vendor Test Managers and Test Leads
• Gather stakeholder feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities for the Test CoE team

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor providers in large, complex organizations
• At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in test delivery or equivalent roles, including 5 years in senior management within Banking and Finance
• Strong knowledge of testing standards, tools, processes, methodologies, and frameworks including Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and service delivery
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills applied to testing service management
• Experience managing multiple external testing service providers and diverse, multicultural, direct, and virtual teams
• High level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork
• Excellent client-facing, internal communication, written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Testing or quality certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, and awareness of Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework
• Minimum 5 years managing projects in the Banking and Finance domain
• Strong domain knowledge in Digital Domain applications and experience managing testing in these areas
• Experience with testing tool suites including Tosca, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, Query Surge, LoadRunner/Performance Centre
