ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and resolve design issues with Civil, Structural, MEP, and System‑Wide Contractors.
• Manage CCSM/SEM clash resolution and ensure architectural compliance in the coordinated model.
• Oversee architectural works for entrances, station levels, plantrooms, under‑platform areas, and A&A works to the existing NSL AMK station.
• Support room readiness for Category A–D rooms, ensuring all Degree 1/2/3 finishes meet project requirements.
• Coordinate signage, wayfinding, and architectural interfaces with M&E services.
• Review and respond to architectural RFIs, site issues, and changes.
• Assist with authority requirements (BCA, SCDF, NParks, PUB, LTA) related to architectural scope.
• Monitor site installation quality, finishes, and protection of completed works.
• Review/submission of Archi shop drawings for approval.
• Support preparation of architectural documentation including as‑builts and handover packages.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural coordination on large civil/infrastructure projects (rail preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction sequences, finishing works, and interfacing with MEP/SWC.
• Able to read and coordinate complex multi‑disciplinary drawings.
• Experience with BIM coordination (Revit/Navisworks) is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills; proactive in site coordination.
