Job Scope

• Install, configure, and commission healthcare systems and equipment
• Provide troubleshooting support (hardware/software issues)
• Perform on-site and remote technical support
• Maintain service reports and documentation
• Work closely with engineering teams for issue escalation
• Conduct routine maintenance and system checks
• Provide basic user training to customers

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering / IT / Biomedical
• 1–3 years of technical support experience
• Hands-on problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel for onsite support
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
