Accounting Manager (Manufatcuring / Trading / India Market) AL70

Responsibilities:

• Ÿ  Prepare and manage cashflowforecast
• Ÿ  Approve cash relatedtransaction
• Ÿ  Liaise with banker
• Ÿ  Prepare and review annualbudget with HOD
• Ÿ  Prepare monthly actual vsbudget analysis report for management review
• Ÿ  Report financialinformation to headquarters
• Ÿ  Manage month end closingand prepare financial statement
• Ÿ  Ensure the company isadhering to FRS standards and internal accounting policies.
• Ÿ  Liaise with auditors onhalf yearly reporting review, J-SOX, and annual statutory financial report.
• Ÿ  Plan, test, report to HQ,and correspond to external auditor.
• Ÿ  Liaise with the appointedtax agents on all taxation matters
• Ÿ  Prepare and timely filingof the corporate income tax with the assistance of appointed tax agent
• Ÿ  Prepare and timely submitthe quarterly GST report
• Ÿ  Liaise with appointedlawyer on all corporate secretarial matters
• Ÿ  Timely filing of the formsto the accounting and corporate regulatory authority with the assistance ofappointed lawyer.
• Ÿ  To grow and develop teammember accounting skills and knowledge through internal and external training.And work with HR department to select the appropriate training course.
• Ÿ  Evaluate staff performancevia communication sessions and formal bi-annual appraisal session.
• Ÿ  Perform staff recruitmenttogether with HR department
• Ÿ  Manage staff performance toachieve department goals and objectives.
• Ÿ  Work closely with otherdepartment HOD to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place.
• Ÿ  Streamline department workprocess and improve workflow.
• Ÿ  Enhance accounting systemto work efficiency and effectively.
• Ÿ  Support Ad-hoc assignmentfrom Management.

Requirements:

• Ÿ  Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting
• Ÿ  At least 5 years ofexperiences in Accounting
• Ÿ  Knowledge and understandoperations in Corporate Finance & Accounting, including Taxation
• Ÿ  Familiar with MS Office,with experienced in operating the accounting system (D365)
