Financial Commercial Controller - Retail, TR APAC

A Day in the Life 

As a Financial Controller for our multi-division Travel Retail team, you will be a key business partner, steering the financial performance of our BA (Business Advisors) & CAPEX investments. You will collaborate closely with commercial, retail design, and IT teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. 

• Forecasting & Analysis: You will build and analyze BA & CAPEX trends, comparing them against historical data and previous forecasts to provide sharp insights. You will also manage amortization calculation for Trends and follow-up in actuals. 

• Cost Control & Advisory: A core part of your role is to monitor costs, conduct gap analysis against the trend, and advise senior management on opportunities for cost optimization. 

• Strategic Project Leadership: You will provide crucial finance support for major IT projects related to BA and CAPEX, including system migrations and process enhancements, ensuring operational stability and successful implementation. 

• Business Partnering: You will ensure smooth coordination with accounting, IT, and commercial teams on all BA & CAPEX topics, driving process improvements and accurate reporting.
