Cyber Security Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Lead post-sales implementation of cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions
• Work on large-scale projects (local & regional) with enterprise clients
• Deliver end-to-end deployment: testing, implementation, and documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring strong customer satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve issues using internal knowledge bases and best practices
• Participate in a 24/7 support rotation (standby) for mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in network support, system administration, or similar roles
• Strong foundation in networking (routing & switching)
• Certifications such as CCNA / CCSA are a strong advantage
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in cybersecurity
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
