Job Summary We are looking for a UX Designer to own and shape customer journeys across the Resorts World Sentosa website, a critical digital touchpoint for customers discovering, planning, and purchasing experiences across our hotels, attractions, malls, restaurants, and campaigns. Working closely with the Product Manager and Sales & Operations Lead, the UX Designer plays a key role in designing intuitive, brand-aligned, and conversion-optimised experiences that support RWS’s positioning as a best-in-class integrated resort. This role requires a strong balance of customer-first thinking and commercial impact, ensuring the website is easy to use for both local and international visitors, while driving meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Own End-to-End UX Design of Website Customer Journeys • Own the UX design of key customer journeys across the website, including onboarding, discovery, content hierarchy, purchase, enquiry, booking, and campaign flows • Ensure journeys are cohesive, intuitive, and consistent across products and touchpoints • Design flows that support both information discovery and transactional needs 2. Funnel-Driven & Commercially Aligned UX • Design experiences optimised for conversion and funnel performance • Ensure UX decisions support customer needs, commercial goals, and cross-discovery objectives • Work closely with the Product Manager to translate business and growth requirements into UX solutions 3. Customer-First Experience Design • Design journeys that are easy to use for both locals and tourists • Balance inspiration, storytelling, and usability across content-heavy and transactional pages • Ensure UX designs align with RWS brand guidelines, tone, and positioning 4. UX Governance & Quality Control • Review all website updates, features, and content changes to ensure customer-friendly flows and clear information architecture • Maintain consistent interaction patterns and usability standards • Act as a UX gatekeeper to maintain experience quality 5. Collaboration with Product, Sales & Operations • Partner closely with the Product Manager on roadmap initiatives and feature delivery • Work with Sales & Operations Lead to understand operational and commercial requirements • Participate in design reviews and delivery milestones 6. Research, Testing & Continuous Optimisation • Support user research, usability testing, and journey reviews • Partner with Data Growth Manager on insights, analytics, and experimentation • Iterate designs based on data, A/B testing results, and customer behaviour 7. Accessibility & Inclusivity • Apply usability and accessibility best practices • Design inclusive experiences for diverse audiences, devices, and digital literacy levels • Consider international visitors and mobile-first behaviour in design decisions What This Role Is Accountable For • Usability and clarity of the Resorts World Sentosa website • Effectiveness of key customer funnels • Consistency of experience across products, campaigns, and content • Ensuring customer needs remain central to all website changes Required Qualifications • 2–4+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design Required Skills • Strong experience designing end-to-end customer journeys and funnels • Ability to balance user needs, brand requirements, and commercial objectives • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability • Experience working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Nice to Have • Experience with large-scale, CMS-driven websites • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands • Familiarity with conversion optimisation or growth-focused UX • Experience designing for international audiences
