Data Engineer (Up $6k, Contract, East, Telco industry)

Location: East area
Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm
Immediate - 6 months
Up $6k basic (based on experience and education)

Duties

• Migrate data, tables, and schemas from Netezza to Snowflake

• Convert and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines for cloud performance

• Design and enhance data models and data marts

• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy

• Document migration processes and data structures

• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to support reporting needs
  

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in data engineering

• Strong SQL, ETL, and data warehousing skills

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS)

• Proficiency in Python or Scala

• Experience with legacy-to-cloud data migration
