Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in handling technical enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and PO/DO processing

• Set KPIs and ensure timely turnaround and accuracy of all sales support activities

• Review and approve complex quotations, pricing, and technical proposals

• Provide guidance on valve selection, specifications, and applications

• Oversee CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and improve workflows

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on technical, pricing, and delivery matters

• Handle escalations and drive continuous process improvements
  

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Process / Instrumentation Engineering

• 5–8 years’ experience in technical sales support / applications / inside sales (valves or industrial equipment)

• Prior team leadership experience preferred

• Strong understanding of valve applications and specifications preferred

• Experience with HubSpot and SAP
