Assistant Finance Manager (East Region / SAP / Full-Spectrum Finance)

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee General Ledger (GL) and non-trade finance functions, including subsidiary operations
• Review and approve accounting entries prepared by finance team
• Manage month-end closing, including reconciliations and account clearing
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and statutory declarations
• Oversee GST reconciliation and submission, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Review credit control processes and ensure timely billing and collection
• Ensure timely processing of non-trade payments and vendor management
• Maintain and oversee fixed assets register, vendor and customer master data in SAP
• Support audit, tax, and corporate compliance matters
• Lead, guide, and develop finance team members
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations
