Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports for senior management to aid informed decision-making.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads to create budgets aligned with organizational objectives.

• Offer financial insights to operational teams, enhancing strategic initiatives and improving efficiency.

• Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving proactive measures to elevate financial outcomes.

• Enhance and streamline financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management is essential.

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Experience in finance and operational analytics, with an ability to manage large data sets effectively.

• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead various projects.
