Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical lead or RTB/release engineer role
Proven experience owning incident and problem management lifecycles in production-critical systems.
Prior work on client onboarding platforms, CRM systems, or workflow engines
Exposure to identity and access management (IAM), document services, or e-signature integrations

Technical Skills Must Have:

Java 8+,Spring Boot, JPA, REST APIs, EJB, JSF
Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL) — query tuning, locking issues, schema evolution
Messaging systems (IBM MQ, Kafka) — message flow tracing, poison message handling
Tools:Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, SonarQube, Splunk/ELK, Dynatrace/AppDynamics
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), or frontend technologies (e.g. React) is an advantage
