Accounting Manager (Central/ up to $7,000)

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Perform quarterly consolidation of group accounts and address shareholder queries when required.

Regulatory Compliance

• Coordinate audit schedules, manage the audit process, and ensure timely submission of statutory filings to ACRA, including annual returns and financial statements.
• Prepare and submit corporate income tax filings to IRAS, including responding to tax queries and audits.
• Manage GST compliance, including registration, quarterly filings, and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance on tax planning strategies, exemptions, and available government incentives.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
• Monitor budget versus actual performance and analyze variances.
• Conduct financial and cost-benefit analyses for key projects and investments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in full-set accounting and finance functions.
• Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage
