Job Description

Responsibilities

Data Maintenance & Management

  • Maintain and update counterparty profiles, trading portfolios, and static data across treasury systems (e.g., Murex, Front Arena, and related platforms)
  • Create and maintain Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) and counterparty records
  • Maintain holiday calendars, currencies, and currency pairs across systems
  • Update credit ratings for bond issuers and ensure accuracy of market-related data
  • Maintain legal agreements such as ISDA, CSA, NAFMII, and PAD master agreements
  • Manage bond static data and ensure consistency across systems

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Treasury dealers, Relationship Managers, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve data-related issues
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of data to support trading and operational activities

Process Improvement

  • Support system and process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Maintain and update documentation for new and revised processes

Quality Assurance & Control

  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
  • Adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Perform regular checks and validations to minimise operational risk

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury operations, static data management, or financial systems support
  • Hands-on experience with treasury systems such as Murex, Front Arena, or similar platforms
  • Good understanding of financial instruments (e.g., bonds, FX, derivatives)
  • Familiarity with settlement processes, SSIs, and counterparty data management
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
