Automation Engineer (Robotics & AMR Deployment) >> System Integrator

YOUR NEW JOB

You will lead deployment of automation & robotics solutions across customer sites, focusing on logistics & fulfilment environments.
This is a hands-on role covering installation, integration & optimisation of robotic systems, working closely with internal teams & external vendors.
This is a newly created permanent full-time role based in Ubi.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deploy & implement automation solutions across logistics & fulfilment sites
• Install robotic systems (AMRs, robotic arms), sensors & supporting infrastructure
• Conduct site assessments, mapping & system setup
• Integrate robotics solutions with customer IT systems & workflows
• Manage project timelines, vendors & deployment milestones
• Support testing, commissioning & go-live of automation systems
• Troubleshoot deployment issues & optimise system performance
• Analyse post-deployment data to improve efficiency & throughput

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• ~2–5 years experience in automation, robotics or field engineering
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems, AMRs or industrial automation
• Understanding of system integration, networks or IT environments
• Experience working on site deployments or project implementations
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or fulfilment automation
• Exposure to network integration with robotics systems
• Experience managing vendors or end-to-end deployment projects
• Degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field
