Project Manager (Junior / Mid-Level)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of technology and transformation initiatives within a structured and regulated environment. This role will focus on end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project delivery from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and external vendors
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and delivery standards
• Support communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting projects in banking or financial services environments
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven project environments
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks
