Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including requirement analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Design application architecture, including domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and reusable components aligned with best practices.
Develop and optimize integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
Implement advanced performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting strategies to meet stringent SLAs.
Define and enforce coding standards, governance, and best practices across Mendix development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices for continuous delivery and security compliance.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership within the team.
Ensure application security through secure coding practices, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and data protection standards.
Manage cloud deployment (e.g., Mendix Cloud, AWS, Azure), including environment configuration and optimization.
Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of existing systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix development, including delivery of enterprise-level applications.
Strong expertise in Mendix Studio Pro, including advanced use of microflows, nanoflows, domain modeling, and widget customization.
Proven experience in application architecture and solution design within low-code or hybrid environments.
Solid programming background with hands-on experience in:
Java/J2EE, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, MSSQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience in building scalable, distributed systems and integrating with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
Strong knowledge of API integration, OAuth2, SSO, SAML, and identity/access management.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience with performance tuning, logging, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting complex systems.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience working in fast-paced delivery environments.
Ability to convert functional requirements into technical design and working prototypes efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently or lead small teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
