• Role: Assistant Network Engineer
• Work Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
• Employment Type: 24‑Month Contract
• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Network Operations & Administration

• Support the administration, operation, and maintenance of large enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and support technologies including LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
• Monitor network performance, perform troubleshooting, handle incidents, and escalate issues when required.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections, maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• On‑call Requirement: 24/7 standby support and monthly scheduled maintenance window (1900–2359)

ITSM & Operational Support

• Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes,
• Change request processing
• Incident and fault reporting
• Vendor, contract, and inventory management
• Stakeholder coordination and operational reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and comply with operational procedures.

Project Support & Implementation

• Support network and IT infrastructure projects end‑to‑end,
• Requirements gathering
• Budgeting and procurement
• Vendor evaluation
• Implementation, testing, and handover
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration

• Engage various stakeholders across operations, technical teams, and vendors.
• Work effectively both independently and within team‑based environments.
• Communicate clearly during incidents, changes, and project milestones.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience managing enterprise networks
• Hands‑on exposure to LAN / WAN / Cisco switches / Firewalls
• Experience managing or operating network systems as part of daily operations
• Experience supporting network or IT infrastructure projects

Skills & Attributes

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with enterprise network environments
• Comfortable with operational and on‑call duties
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Good interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
