Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ServiceNow to support digital transformation initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Support end-to-end SDLC using Agile methodology
• Work closely with developers and architects on ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
• Conduct UAT, manage defects, and ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ITSM preferred)
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in government projects is a plus

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS)
• Experience in integration or workflow automation
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
