We are an international trading company engaged in cross-border business activities. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented finance professional to support our accounting, financial, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation) (Low Volume)
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, financing arrangements, and banking matters (e.g., LC, trade finance)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
• Review existing finance and accounting workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements (for Finance Manager role)
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper financial governance (for Finance Manager role)
• Support general administrative functions for subsidiary.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience (depending on role level)
• Experience in trading / import-export / LC transactions is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Able to commit on a part-time / flexible basis
• Mandarin & English speaking is a must

Preferred (for Finance Manager level)

• Experience in handling financial governance and accounting workflows
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
