Company Overview

Yuxiang Building Materials Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based steel reinforcement fabrication plant specializing in precision cutting, bending, and prefabricated cages for infrastructure projects. We serve major contractors with ERP-integrated smart logistics for reliable delivery.

Job Summary

Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and reporting to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and debit notes based on approved documentation and billing rules
  • Verify billing and invoicing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures
  • Reconcile sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collections
  • Perform receipt matching and reconciliation to resolve billing and collection disputes with stakeholders
  • Support month-end closing activities including AR schedules, revenue reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with internal controls and Output GST requirements
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams on contract terms, billing milestones, and credit control matters
  • Post receipts and investigate variances in accounts receivable reconciliation promptly
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and credit terms in ERP systems as assigned
  • Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support finance operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining accounts receivable/accounts payable in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills with bilingual proficiency
Proficient in MS Office and experienced in ERP software such as MES, Yonyou, SAP, or Oracle
Detail-oriented team player with a proactive attitude to meet job objectives and deadlines
Analytical ( FP & A experience would be good )
