Facilities Technician (Pharma) - Up to 4K / Changi #HHL

📍 Location: Changi Business Park
🚐 Transport: Pick-up at Tanah Merah, Jurong East, YCK, Punggol
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000

Job Scope:
• Handle daily facilities operations & rectify faults
• Conduct audits on building & M&E systems
• Attend service requests (lighting, ceiling boards, repairs)
• Oversee contractors & approve work permits
• Support preventive maintenance & troubleshooting (Safety/GMP compliant)
• Assist Engineering Manager on quality maintenance & regulatory compliance
• Respond to emergencies during/after office hours
• Manage assets, equipment & spare parts inventory
• Monitor daily checks (M&E, BMS system)
• Communicate with internal teams, clients & vendors
• Support investigations for quality deviations & implement improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement
• Min. Diploma in engineering/HSE/facilities
• Good with paperwork (many SOPs, documentation)
• Mix of deskbound + hands-on
• Comfortable managing vendors and doing simple fixes
• Organised, professional work style
